Nevoks Market ("we", "us") sells digital products such as subscriptions, account access and license keys through this website. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Sell.app.
2. Using our store
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be legally allowed to make online purchases in your country.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements on any product — see section 6.
3. Products
- Each product page describes what you receive, how long it lasts and how it is delivered. Please read it before buying.
- Nevoks Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands shown on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- Products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- We accept PayPal and Litecoin (LTC). Payments are handled on Sell.app's secure payment page; we never receive your PayPal login or wallet keys.
- An order is confirmed once the payment has been received. Crypto payments are confirmed after the required network confirmations.
5. Delivery
Most orders are delivered automatically within seconds of payment confirmation, on the order page and to the email address you provide at checkout. If your order has not arrived within a few minutes, contact us on Discord with your order ID.
6. All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges or replacements
- All products are digital and are delivered instantly, so every sale is final.
- We do not give refunds (full or partial), we do not exchange a product for another product, variant or duration, and we do not replace products that stop working or are changed, limited or closed by the service provider.
- This applies to every product and payment method, including when you changed your mind, bought the wrong product or did not follow the product instructions.
- By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started.
- If your payment went through but your order was not delivered, contact us and we will deliver it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- Follow the instructions included with your product. Problems caused by not following them (for example, changing details you were asked not to change) are your responsibility.
- Do not resell, share or publish the products or details you receive unless the product page allows it.
- Provide a valid email address at checkout so we can deliver your order.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Because all sales are final, PayPal disputes and chargebacks for delivered orders will be contested with our delivery records. If something is unclear, contact us first on Discord. Opening a dispute or chargeback may lead to your access being revoked and future orders being refused.
9. Limitation of liability
Products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party services to their own platforms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
