All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements on any product.
1. No refunds, exchanges or replacements
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered instantly after payment. Once an order has been delivered it cannot be returned, so every sale is final. This means:
- No refunds — we do not give your money back, in full or in part, for any reason after delivery.
- No exchanges — a product cannot be swapped for another product, variant or duration.
- No replacements — we do not replace a product that stops working, is changed, limited or closed by the service provider, or no longer meets your needs.
This applies to every product and payment method, including PayPal and Litecoin, and also when you changed your mind, bought the wrong product or did not follow the product instructions.
2. Before you buy
- Read the product description carefully — it says exactly what you receive and how it is delivered.
- Not sure a product is right for you? Ask us on our Discord server before you pay.
- Make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct — that is where your order is sent.
3. Right of withdrawal
By completing checkout you ask us to deliver your digital product immediately and you acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started. You confirm this by ticking the checkbox at checkout.
4. Order not delivered
If your payment went through but you did not receive your order, open a ticket on our Discord server with your order ID and the email used at checkout and we will deliver it. Delivering a missing order completes your purchase — it is not a refund or a replacement.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Because all sales are final, PayPal disputes and chargebacks for delivered orders will be contested with our delivery records. Opening a dispute or chargeback may also lead to future orders being refused.
